We created a toolkit for our stores around the world as regions began planning for a return to store after Covid-19 closings. We wanted our customers to feel safe and comfortable while shopping with us, with clear messaging about how we were doing just that—all in the unmistakable Clinique brand voice.

Clinique was looking to rebrand its existing in-store services and refresh the program overall to stand out even more in a cluttered beauty environment. Rebranded Clinique Skin School, it highlights two key elements that the brand was built on, long-standing dermatological expertise and a beauty editor’s voice.
